East Bali is the area where volcanoes and beaches come together.
There is the mighty Mount Agung, the navel of the World. You won’t be missing to visit this volcano because this is Bali’s mother mountain. It’s the most important of the island and also dominated the whole area.
And there is lovely Padangbai the small port of East Bali, and also Candidasa beach. And in this area you will find the interesting former capital of Bali during Bali’s kingdom.
Anyway this is a part of the island where many interesting places to visit, the sights is grandiose, and the temple like Pura Besakih on the slopes of Mount Agung attract thousands visitors each year.

Klungkung
The former capital of one of Bali’s kingdom, where you can find the historical court of Kerta Gosa
Karangasem Regency
The most beautiful province of Bali, with green paddies especially in the rainy season, quiet villages located between Candidasa and Amlapura.
Tirta Gangga

Taman Sukasada
Local people called this place Water Palace Ujung, located near Amlapura the beautiful garden with fish pond surrounding the old buildings.
Kusamba
The fishing village, very known for the lovely beach. The countless colorful fisherman boats decorate the whole black sand beach. It has tropical surrounding with beautiful sea sight.
Goa Lawah
shrines cave where thousands of bats nestle inside the cave.
Padangbai
The beautiful small port, the haven of ferry’s to Lombok. You can do some trip to Blue Lagoon, Turtle bay and Nusa Penida.
Tenganan
Located about 5km from Candidasa, little village with traditional Balinese country side with unique cultures, you can’t go wrong if you want to visit this village, because the road ends up here.
Candidasa beach
The lovely beach surrounding by beautiful villages. Excellent base to explore the East area of Bali. The beach is not overcrowded like Kuta and it’s an amazing place to visit.
Amlapura
One of the former capital of East Bali, quiet and attractive town.
Pura Besakih
The mother temple of Bali and the most important. Great place to visit and from this temple you can also get the most magnificent view of Mount Agung, it’s just incredible.

Mount Agung
The mother mountain of Bali. This is the mountain where Balinese look up and on the slopes of this mountain perched the greatest temple of Bali, Pura Besakih, the most important temple of Bali.
White sands of Pasir Putih
It's just 15 minutes drive from Candidasa, on the village of Perasi, a wide sand beach where you can relax and enjoy the sea, also a lovely place to do snorkeling.
Amed and Tulamben
One of best site in East Bali to do diving and snorkeling. Lovely beach and you have the most beautiful sight of Mount Agung in the distance. It’s just agreat place to relax and beautiful coral sea and sea life, very suitable to do some snorkeling and diving.
